New Delhi, Jun 16: Senior leader, Arun Jaitley has reportedly resigned from his post as the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) General Secretary. However, he said that he will continue to be the member of the party.
"I had sent my resignation to be accepted. Therefore I'm happy that my resignation has been accepted and I have no further comments to make," Jaitley said.
After Yashwant Sinha quitting from all his party posts, Jaitley's resignation seems to be another outcome of the internal fights in the BJP over the poll debacle. Jaitley has also been the target of many leaders' criticism since the Lok Sabha Polls
