New Delhi, Jun 9: Here is some good news for the job seekers in India as the country is planning to hire more jobs in next three months when compared to the other countries in the world. Manpower Employment Outlook Survey (MEOS) reveals that India has the most favourable hiring plans for the next three months as per a survey of world businesses.

Out of 34 countries surveyed by the MEOS, India ranks no.1 with an overall Net Employment Outlook of 19 pc followed by Norway and Poland, whereas China, United States and United Kingdom are worst off as per MEOS.

However, this is still the lowest-ever outlook for India since 2005 but it is substantially better than 3 pc in China and -2 pc in United States of America.

The employment situation has become better since Apr 2009 when the survey was conducted. Sectors like manufacturing, trade (wholesale and retail) and mining sectors may see improved hiring in as the macroeconomic environment becomes better in India.
