Doda, Jun 7: More than 25 people in mini bus were swerved off a mountain road and plunged into a river in Jammu Kashmir's Doda district in Sunday, Jun 7.
Atleast 4 passengers including a child rolled out of the bus and said to have been seriously injured.
The police said that the incident occurred at Karara in Doda District about 180 km north east of Jammu. The bus plunged into the Chenab river and many passenger could be drowned.
Prabhat Singh, Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) of Doda said, "We have no idea about the casualty as yet. But there is remote chance of survival."
He also said four people who fell out of the bus have been shifted to hospital. "They are in deep shock," Singh said.
