Oval, June 4 (ANI): The Defending Champion India will take on Pakistan in the second warm up match of the Twenty20 world cup tournament here on Wednesday, which will be the first encounter between the two teams since Mumbai terror attacks of last November.
Both the teams have lost in the warm match matches. India lost to New Zealand in the first warm up match on Monday while Pakistan lost to South Africa during its warm up match.
The funds collected from Wednesday's match will be given to affected people in the Sri Lankan team attack incident in Lahore.
Both teams had met in Twenty20 World Cup final two years back.
On June 6, India will play Bangladesh in its first official match of the tournament.
Pakistan team manager Yawer Saeed on Wednesday said the Green shirts would face India with full strength without giving rest to any key player. (ANI)
