Melbourne, Jun 1: After the recent racial attack on Indian students in Australia, now an Indian taxi driver (Cabbie) from Hyderabad was allegedly bashed up by a drunken man in Melbourne.
The 35-year old victim picked up the reportedly inebriated passenger from the Chapel street for Blackburn suburb and was allegedly beaten up by him. The passenger reportedly asked the cabbie to take him to Ringwood when they reached Blacburn. But his cab's tyre went flat and the driver informed the passenger that he cannot take him any further.
