Manmohan Singh to meet President Patil today
New Delhi, May 21 (ANI): Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh will today meet President Pratibha Patil to discuss the details of swearing in ceremony.
Dr. Singh is expected to submit the list of ministers to be sworn in with him tomorrow
Earlier, President Patil invited Dr Singh to form the government.
Dr. Singh along with Congress President Sonia Gandhi met President Patil with the letter of support from 322 MPs and stakes the claim to form the government.
After meeting, Dr. Singh said that apart from its 274 seats, the UPA has the support of the Samajwadi Party, the Rashtriya Janata Dal and the Bahujan Samaj Party.
The outside support of RJD, SP and BSP takes the UPA's tally to 322 seats. (ANI)
