Kathmandu, May 14: With the CPN-UML leader Madhav Kumar Nepal gaining signatures of 290 lawmakers in an effort to form a majority, the political crises seems to be coming to its end in the Himalayan country.

Madhav Kumar Nepal is just 11 signatures away from constituting a majority government in spite of the Maoists asserting that no coalition can be formed with out their alliance.

"Our party's candidate Madhav Kumar Nepal has got the support of all parties except the Unified CPN-Maoist and a small Leftist party," UML Central Committee member Shanker Pokharel said.

He added that even without the support of Madhesi People's Rights Forum, the UML which has the support of Terai Madhes Democratic Party with 21 seats and Sadbhavana Party with nine seats will be able to form the next government.
