New Delhi, May 9: With the media speculating over Moily's removal as Congress Media Chairperson, Moily himself has rubbished the remarks that he was removed due to his comments on JD(U)'s Nitish Kumar. He also said that charge being given Janardhan Dwivedi was 'an internal administrative arrangement' by the party.

"I have not received any letter to this effect (on his removal)" said Mr. Moily.

In the morning Veerappa Moily said that he had given the charge to Dwivedi as he would be away in Karnataka till May 17 as the results of him contesting in the Lok Sabha elections from Chikkaballapur in Karnataka would be out on May 16.

When some reporters approached him in Bangalore, he called the reports 'mischievous news planted by someone'.
