Kasav's confessions permitted to be sent to Pak
Mumbai, May 4: A special court bench headed by Judge M L Tahaliyani has allowed the prosecution to send the prime accused, Azam Amir Kasav's confessions and other related documents to Pakistan.
The court on Monday, May 4 said that the prosecution was permitted to make copies of Kasab's confession, record of recovery of satellite phones and communication reports of telephonic talks between the perpetrators of November 26 attack and the conspirators.
Special Public Prosecutor Ujjwal Nikam has informed that Kasav's confession describes how the terror was plotted in Pakistan by members of Lashkar-e-Toiba (LeT).
This documents will be of use in Pakistan in the trial of those detained for their alleged complicity in this case.
