Fergie has the greatest respect for Arsenal's Adebayor

By Super Admin

London, Apr.27 (ANI): Manchester United coach Sir Alex Ferguson has said that he will warn his players about the skill of Arsenal forward Emmanuel Adebayor when Arsenal ahead of their clash at Old Trafford on Wednesday.

Ferguson - who says retaining the Champions League trophy would bring him more pleasure than a third consecutive Premier League title - insisted: "Right now Arsenal are the form team - just one defeat in 24 is a good run.

"He (Adebayor) is a big powerful boy - strong. He is a threat around the box and has good balance for a big guy. He has done well," the Daily Express quoted Ferguson, as saying.

Asked whether he found it strange that Arsenal had not won the Champions League despite their domestic success, the United boss said: "It's not easy to win the European Cup. Crikey, it took me 13 years - then another nine years before I won it again.

"I just want to get to another final because this club should have done better in Europe. That is our drive. Winning the Champions League final last season gave me more satisfaction than winning the Premier League. It will be the same again if we get to the final in Rome and win.

"We need to win the Premier League as well because you have to try and win as much as you can. (ANI)
