Bangalore, Mar 24: Sri Rama Sene chief Pramod Muthalik has supported Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) candidate Varun Gandhi's inflammatory 'hate speech'.
"He has the guts to speak the truth. Sri Rama Sene would support him. I think every true Hindu would support him," Muthalik said at a function organised by the Vishwa Hindu Dharma Rakshana Vedike at the Town Hall here Monday, Mar 23 evening.
Supporting Varun Gandhi's alleged remarks against Muslim community, Muthalik said that his statement has made Hindus realise that they were being treated badly in the country.
He described Varun as the only hero of the Nehru clan.
He gave a call to Hindus asking them to refrain from making any buisness with Muslims.
It can be recalled here that Election Commission had found Varun Gandhi's alleged hate speech in his constituency in Pilibhit in Uttar Pradesh as 'highly derogatory'.
Pramod Muthalik was in news for all the wrong reasons in Jan after Sri Rama Sene attacked a group of women in a Mangalore pub on grounds that they were violating traditional Indian values.
