Mumbai probe still on in Pakistan: FIA

Islamabad, Mar 20 (ANI): Pakistan's Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) officials have said on Friday that probe into the Mumbai terror attacks continues in the country and the agency had found out some more evidence on the carnage.

Well-placed sources of FIA special team told Geo news that four detained perpetrators of Mumbai mayhem would remain under investigation till preparation of case challan in the case.

Sources said the investigations were still on despite the completion of physical remand, The News reported.

According to officials, two more arrested perpetrators include Shahid Jamil and Riaz. Jamil was picked up from Chakwal.

He is said to have extended logistic support to Mumbai attackers. A team comprising of senior police officers was busy looking into evidence provided by Indian authorities.

Officials said that three wanted perpetrators were still at large while two special units were dispatched to arrest them. (ANI)
