New Delhi, Mar 8: Prevez Musharraf, the former Pakistan President warned India that more Kargils can happen if Kashmir issue is not resolved soon. Musharraf is considered as the chief architect of 1999 Kargil war. He was speaking at the 'India Today' conclave on Saturday, Mar 7 night.
Musharraf who ruled Pakistan for over 9 years said that there are a lot of freelance jehadis and mujahideens who have 'emotional involvement' with the cause of Kashmiris.
When asked why underworld don Dawood Ibrahim was not handed over to India, he said, "even if he is handed over, relations (between India and Pakistan) will not improve. I challenge." He also said that he did not know if Dawood is in Pakistan. Musharraf said India and Pakistan should come up with bold and affirmative decisions to address the Kashmir issue.
