Bangalore, Mar 8: Bangalore police detained 110 persons including 20 women from a farmhouse at a village in Ramanagara district on Sunday, Mar 8 early morning. Majority of the detainees are students.
There are about 40 foreign nationals among the arrested. Ramanagara police raided the premises at Chunchanakuppe near Dodda Aaaladamara, about 25 KMs from here, at around 4 am. The detainees included four women of foreign origin, 1 each from Tanzania and Bhutan and 2 from Iran. A person named Adam is who reportedly organised the party is being interrogated by the police. However police could not find any drugs and all the detainees are charged with relevant sections of the Excise Act.
