10 detained in connection with Lahore attack

Islamabad, Mar 4: Pakistan police arrested atleast 10 people in connection with the terror attacks on the Sri Lankan Cricketers in Lahore on Tuesday, Mar 3. The government also declared Rs 1 cr for providing information about the attackers.

Police sources said that among the 4 people arrested from the Model Town are Afghan nationals. However there are no 'prime suspects' among the detainees. Advertisements placed in newspapers by the Punjab provincial government sought the help of public in identifying and tracking down the attackers. So far no militant group came forward to claim the attack on Sri Lankan cricketers which left 6 players injured.
