Sydney, Mar 3 (ANI): Australian players consider master blaster Sachin Tendulkar as one of the most dangerous batsman of the world, while among Indian bowlers they fear Ishant Sharma more than his bowling teammmates.
Australians rate Kevin Pietersen most dangerous, with Tendulkar and Kumar Sangakkara worth keeping an eye on.
Of the fast bowlers, South Africa's Dale Steyn and India's Sharma were voted the oppositions best. Among the spinners, the Australian fear Muralitharan most followed by Daniel Vettori .
The results are part of an annual survey of state and national representatives by the Australian Cricketers' Association, the Sydney Morning Herald reported.
The survey also found players believe the "club versus country" debate -- the importance of international cricket compared to club-based competitions such as the Indian Premier League was the most urgent issue facing world cricket. (ANI)
