New York, Mar 03 (ANI): Pop star Britney Spears' bounce back act after her much-hyped meltdown has been termed "remarkable" by the media, and her much-anticipated tour has many expectations to live up to.
The 'Hit Me Baby One More Time' hitmaker has made her way through an incredible recovery, and the tickets to her New Orleans show, which marks the beginning of her tour, are already on the verge of being sold out.
"From the moment tickets went on sale, buzz was strong this wasn't going to be a tour that failed," the New York Daily News quoted Gary Bongiovanni, the editor in chief of concert tracker Pollstar, as saying.
"A lot of shows are sold out or close to it," he added.
Gary has also called her recovery "remarkable", with her latest single 'Circus' topping the charts.
Even program director Sharon Dastur thinks that Britney has terrifically tamed her personal life and her career back to normal.
"She's been able to slowly put her personal life back together. I think we saw that with the pictures of her with her kids at Christmas. She's back to normal, has a successful album out and people want to be part of the ride," Sharon Dastur, program director at Z-100 in New York, said.
"The anticipation for this show is more than we've seen in a really long time," she added. (ANI)
