New Delhi, Mar 2: Over 14.5 lakh students will be taking up the class 10th and 12th CBSE exams that will be held on Monday, Mar 2. The class 10th examination will be held at 2,714 centres and class 12th examination at 2,506 centres.
CBSE has made special provisions for visually impaired students, who can write their examinations at 14 centres, including two foreign ones.
The Uttar Pradesh Board, one of the largest examination board has taken several steps to check use of unfair means in the examinations and nearly one dozen senior officials have been deployed to oversee the examinations in all divisions of the state. The government has asked all the district magistrates for the deployment of senior officers to supervise the examination in their respective districts.
