The charge sheet also names 11 others, including some Lashkar-e-Toiba (LeT) activists, said Joint Police Commissioner Rakesh Maria said on Tuesday, Feb 24 night.
More video evidence was provided on Feb 24 night from the 60-hour siege, a CCTV footage from the Taj Hotel, which shows the four attackers moving casually around the hotel corridors. Evidence like this is expected to add weight to the 10,000-page charge sheet.
"The mammoth charge sheet will not include the confessional statement of Kasav on the Mumbai terror attacks of November 26-29, 2008, since we have not yet got it from the court," Maria said.
The charge sheet also includes the names of the nabbed LeT activists Fahim Ansari and Salauddin Mohammed for their role in the terror attacks.
The latest footage shows four terrorists inside the Taj Hotel - Hafeez Arshad alias Bada Abdul Rehman from Multan, Javed alias Abu Ali from Okara, Shoaib alias Soheb from Sialkot, Nazeer alias Abu Umer from Faisalabad.
Apart from this, more pictures from MV Kuber, the vessel used by the terrorists to entre Mumbai, articles of everyday use like razors, toothbrushes left behind by the terrorists will also be used as evidence.
Kasav at present is in police custody facing charges in at least 12 different cases. He is lodged in the high security precincts of the Arthur Road Jail in south-central Mumbai.
The chargesheet will answer some of the questions raised by Pak, said Rakesh Maria.
