New Delhi, Feb 19: The Rs 7,800 crore Satyam scam scheduled to be discussed in the Lok Sabha under the Rule 193 on Thursday, Feb 19 is deferred to Wednesday, Feb 25. Earlier, the discussion was scheduled on Friday, Feb 13 but with request from Leader of Opposition, L K Advani, the discussion was deferred.
After various political parties' views were ascertained, the discussions were deferred to Wednesday, Feb 25. The current session of Parliament, 14th Lok Sabha will continue till Thursday, Feb 26.
The Satyam scam created heated exchanges between Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, Y S Rajasekhara Reddy and TDP leader, Chandrababu Naidu with each other accusing of helping Satyam Computer's founder, B Ramalinga Raju.
