GM expects to generate more revenue and better sales this fical with the launch of new variant.
Ankush Arora, the Vice-President of marketing and sales of GM India said, "We have observed the sales growth of Chevrolet as a brand in the year 2008. The market had been flat with a two per cent reduction, but Chevrolet raised its sales by ten per cent in 2008. We are giving more value to the customers through this car and will also generate excitement in our showrooms. The customers will have something new to look at and we hope to increase sales."
The Chevrolet Spark special edition-Muzic comes with a three-year or 100,000-km standard warranty, which is an industry first in the mini-car segment. Spark Muzic is priced at Rs. 3.27 lakh. In Jan GM launched a four-wheel drive, automatic transmission 'Chevrolet Captiva.'
