Indian journos assaulted in Pak
New Delhi, Feb 6: Reports suggest that two Indian journalists were assaulted and their belongings were confiscated allegedly by suspected ISI agents in in Lahore. These journalists were reportedly working on a story related to 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks.
Jujhar Singh, a correspondent with NewsX channel and the cameraperson Tilak Raj were attacked by some men in Anarkali Bazar in Lahore at around 1.30 pm. Vishnu Prakash, the External Affairs Ministry spokesperson told media, "It is indeed unfortunate that such an incident has taken place in Lahore."
He added that the Indian High Commission in Pakistan has already informed to the concerned authorities in Islamabad. Vishnu Prakash said that the concerns which resulted in the formation of travel advisory of Dec 26, 2008 still very much exist and advised that it would be unsafe for the Indian travellers to travel to Pakistan.

said
that
a
formal
complaint
has
been
lodged
in
Islamabad
over
the
incident,
in
which
special
mention
is
made
that
the
attack
could
not
be
the
handiwork
of
local
goons.
The
