Islamabad, Feb 3 (ANI): Pakistani High Commissioner to India Shahid Malik has reached Islamabad on Tuesday morning to help in finalising the Mumbai terror attacks findings, which will be shared with India and the world this week.
He was called to Islamabad for holding important consultation with the officials of Foreign and Interior ministries in connection with the Mumbai carnage, said foreign office sources.
Shahid Malik would meet Interior Adviser Rehman Malik and Law Minister Farooq Naik on Tuesday to discuss India's response to questions Pakistan had asked about the dossier, a Foreign Office source said.
According to sources, Pakistan has raised certain questions before Indian officials in connection with the Mumbai attacks and now the Indian government has provided answers to the same, The News reported.
Pakistan's investigation into the Mumbai terror attacks is in the final stages and the findings will be shared with India and the world this week, diplomatic sources have said.
"Top jurists of the country are currently analysing the report prepared by security and intelligence experts on the basis of the information provided by India," they said.
Information acquired by Pakistan would be given to Indian High Commissioner to Pakistan Satyabrata Pal and Pakistan is likely to share the findings of its probe into the attacks over the next few days, the source added. (ANI)
