26/11: Washingtonchalo by Indian-Americans on Jan 27

Washington, Jan 16: Washingtonchalo.com a website formed by various Indian American Organisations have organised 'Washington Chalo' on Jan 27 to express their solidarity with the Mumbai Terror Attacks victims.

Washington Chalo has been entitled as 'Task Force on the Mumbai Terror Attacks'. Indian organisations such as AAHOA, AIA, AAPI, GOPIO, IAFF, IAFPE, IAPAC, NFIA, USIF, USINPAC will participate in 'Chalo' condemning the Mumbai attacks.They also seek co operation from United States to work with India in eliminating terrorism in South Asia.

USINPAC (US India Political Action Committee) Chairman Sanjay Puri said that Washington Lobby Day (Washington Chalo) is to show US Members of Congress that Indian-Americans and all Americans are expressing their strong support for the victims of the Nov 26 Mumbai attacks.

He stressed on the need for war against terrorist based organisations in Pak with the combined efforts of US and India. Sanjay Puri has urged all the Indian Americans to attend Washington Lobby Day and show their solidarity against the terrorism. Be a part of Washington Chalo and support India.
