Hiding thief falls through roof in front of waiting cops!

Melbourne, Dec 26 (ANI): A thief wanted for two home invasions in Sydney tried to dodge the waiting police in his flat by hiding in the attic, but was nabbed after he fell through the ceiling and landed straight in front of the cops.The Sydney police had been looking for the 31-year-old suspect in the home invasions in Rosebury and Waterloo for quite sometime.

When the police officers heard noises coming from the roof, and found the 31-year-old hiding in the attic.

They instructed him to give in, but he defied their order.

Finally, the thief fell through the roof to the waiting police, reports News.com.au.

After a long struggle, police used a capsicum spray to gain control over the man.

The man was then taken to Blacktown Hospital for treatment for a pre-existing cut to his head, where he remains under police guard. (ANI)
