Al Qaeda posts three-suicide bombers videos on Youtube
London, Dec 26 (ANI): A sick video of three suicide bombings has been posted on YouTube by al-Qaeda.
Terror experts say the film is a twisted "tribute" to the assassins - and a warning of attacks to come in Britain and elsewhere.
The posting on the world's most popular website was timed to coincide with Glasgow Airport bomber Bilal Abdulla beginning his jail stretch, The Sun reported. The Iraqi doctor got life last week for the Glasgow attack and a failed bid to blow up clubbers in London.
Terror expert Neil Doyle said: "The release of the video appeared to be synchronised with his sentencing. The leader of al-Qaeda in Iraq has claimed responsibility for directing the London and Glasgow car bomb attacks, though no evidence of a direct link has emerged. The group also said it plans further UK attacks and the video could be a warning of things to come."
The video - removed from YouTube after being spotted by The Sun - is a compilation of truck bomb attacks filmed in Iraq. The first shows a fanatic homing in on a US base in Samarra.
The target in the second is an Iraqi army base in Nineveh. In the third film, a nut in a lorry hurtles towards a US checkpoint in Mosul.
Terrorists are also shown brandishing weapons, bragging and reading statements of hate. (ANI)
