Ghajini producers will pay Rs 5 crore in assurance to the Madras High Court. Earlier the producer of Tamil version of the movie, A Chandreshekhar, had asked for a stay on Ghajini's release, stating that forged documents were used to get the copyright.
The next hearing of the case will be heard on Jan 6, 2009. All over India around 800 paid preview shows were sold out across major multiplexes.“We have 600 paid previews across all our theatres," says AVP Cinema Programming, Fun Cinemas Bhumika Tiwari.
