Washington, Dec. 22 (ANI): Afghan President Hamid Karazi has said that he has full faith in Pakistani President Asif Ali Zardari's intentions but his ability needs a boost.

In an interview to Chicago Tribune, Karzai said that both the governments were committed to work against terrorism.

Afghanistan and Pakistan have been working in collaboration to confiscate terror sanctuaries but they would have to go a long way to completely remove them, he added.

Seeming confident over the Pakistan President's support he said, "Zardari's intentions were right but as for his ability that is something we must all help around."

After being asked if Pakistan was serious about the war on terrorism, he said, "The President is, no doubt, there's no doubt about that. And I hope he and his government will succeed in this regard ... I have full trust in him and his intentions. He has personally suffered a colossal loss at the hands of terrorism, so I am sure he will do the right thing."

While speaking on the status of negotiations with the Taliban, Karzai said, "I'd like to negotiate with them very much. And I've had an opinion on this from the very first day."

"But I don't have an address for them. I don't know where to find them. You can find the Pakistani Taliban... but I don't know where to find the Afghan Taliban. I try to find them, I keep sending them messages, I don't know their address. That is another big problem. The Afghan Taliban not having an address," he added.

The Afghan President expressed unhappiness over the international community's ignorance over the innocent killings in Afghanistan's villages in the name of Taliban. (ANI)
