Spitzer call girl Dupre in yet another bizarre sex suit

New York, December 20 (ANI): Ashley Dupre, the former high-class call girl cited as the reason behind Eliot Spitzer's resignation from his post of New York Governor, has been caught up in a 1.5 million dollar suit filed by a model who has alleged that her lawyer beau left her to be with the hooker.

K.T. Mary Dunphy said she had caught ex-fiance, Robert Oppenheimer Jr., having sex with Dupre at his Manhattan apartment while she was expecting in 2007.

The 41-year-old had a miscarriage after suffering from stress arising from her strained relationship with Oppenheimer, who served her with eviction papers.

Dunphy told the New York Daily News that she had found that Oppenheimer had been holidaying in Aruba with Dupre during that time.

However, Dupre's rep denied the claims saying: "She doesn't know anyone named Robert Oppenheimer and has never been to Aruba."

Dupre had been dubbed as an 'informant' during the Eliot Spitzer prostitution scandal which saw the politician patronising a prostitution service that ultimately led him to announce his resignation.

She had spoken about the 4,300 dollars stint that sank Spitzer's once-promising political career, describing what had happened with the governor as "strictly business." (ANI)
