Washington, December 14 (ANI): A former porn star, who had been working in the cafeteria of an elementary school, quit her job after being at the centre of a legal row in a New Jersey school district.

Tuck, who had previously been in the adult entertainment business under the name of Crystal Gunns, had grabbed attention in November when some parents wanted to have her fired over her past, MyFOXPhilly reported.

However, attorneys of the district officials and the New Jersey School Board Association had lacked legal base to terminate the former cover girl for Score magazine from her part-time job, reports FoxNews.

Vineland School District Superintendent Charles Ottinger had then released a statement saying, "It's one thing if it's an illegal activity, because that would come up in the check. There is no way for us to know if a person is involved in these types of activities."

The 32-year-old, who had starred in at least three adult movies, had, in November, said that the character of an individual was more significant than their profession.

Referring to one of Barack Obama's books, in which he admits trying cocaine, Tuck said: "If this is about morality, our president-elect has admitted to doing crack, and he's our president. Does that make him a bad person?"

"Bill Clinton smoked pot. Does that make him a bad person?" (ANI)
