Bhopal, Nov 29 (UNI) The Election Commission has ordered repolling in 31 polling booths tomorrow in Madhya Pradesh, where polling was held on November 27.
Madhya Pradesh Election Office sources said here today that the EC had already ordered repolling in 29 polling booths yesterday and in addition to it two more booths -- one in Deosar assembly segment in Singrouli district and another booth Bada Malhara assembly constituency in Chhatarpur district.
Security was beefed up in the areas where repolling would be held tomorrow, the sources added.
Repolling had already been recommended in Morena district's Sumawali constituency in Bagchini, Ghughas polling booths, Bastpur in Morena constituency, Muriakhera (two booths), Surajpur in Dimni constituency, Dhultara in Dewri constituency in Sagar district, Ganeshganj in Tikamgarh cosntituency, Teela and Bachhowra in Khargapur constituency in Tikamgarh district, Nahar Kheda in Susner constituency of Shahjapur district, Yadavnand Nagar and Lodhipur booths in Indore 1 and 4 constituencies of Indore district.
Maximum repolling were recommended in Bhind district where 11 booths were identified. Basantpur (1 and 2), Dimole ki Madiya, Devjukapura, Lahar (four booths), Jaitpura, Kariyawali (53, 97) -- all in Lahar constituency, Maanpur in Mehgaon constituency.
Repolling was recommended at Dewrikhurd in Pohri constituency in Shivpuri district, Jabalpur district's Lalkuwan booth in Jabalpur West constituency, while Nalkheda booth in Biora constituency in Rajgarh district.
