New Delhi, Nov 27 (UNI) Former prime minister V P Singh, who passed away this afternoon after prolonged illness, will be cremated at Allahabad tomorrow.
Body of the 77-year-old leader will be taken from his Delhi residence to Allahabad at 0900hrs tomorrow, and the cremation will take place at 1300hrs, family sources said.
Singh had been battling with cancer and kidney disease.
Streams of visitors had been flocking his Teen Murti Marg residence after his body was brought from the Apollo Hospital here.
Among the early visitors were former prime minister I K Gujral and Congress leader Digvijay Singh.
Recalling his association with Mr Singh, Mr Gujral said his death has left a void which would be hard to fill.
Mr Digvijay Singh too said this was a moment of grief for him and described Mr Singh's passing away as a huge personal loss.
