Govt condemns 'Mumbai terror attacks'
Thiruvananthapuram, Nov 27: The Kerala Government on Thursday, Nov 27 condoled the death of innocent people and police officials in extremist attacks in Mumbai.
Moving a resolution in the State Assembly, Chief Minister V S Achuthanandan said his government conveyed the condolence to the family members of the victims.
Stating that police force in Kerala was put on alert, he said stringent action should be taken against extremist elements.
Supporting the resolution, Leader of the Opposition Oommen Chandy said such attempts to scuttle the progress of the country should be dealt with an iron fist.
