Five bogies of Lalquila Exp derailed

Ranchi, Nov 27 (UNI) Five bogies of 3111 New Delhi-bound Lalquila Express derailed in between Mathurapur and Shankarpur railway stations in Deoghar district under Asansol rail division of Eastern Railway this morning.

Divisional Railway Manager of Asansol B Deva Sigh said it was matter of sabotage as about 200 metres of the railway tracks were damaged.

He said an inquiry would be conducted to ascertain the reason of the derailment.

The train left for its destination a few hours later, leaving all the five derailed bogies behind, he added.
