Umadevi is Billiards queen

Indore, Nov 26 (UNI) Karnataka's Umadevi emerged Women's Billiards Champion today at the 75th National Billiards and Snooker Championship here under the aegis of the Madhya Pradesh Billiards and Snooker Association and Yeshwant Club.

Umadevi vanquished state-mate Chitra M 21-75, 75-60, 76-61, 76-19.

In the semifinals, Chitra beat defending champion Anuja Chandra 75-57, 75-53, 76-37 while Umadevi got the better of Manil Thakur 76-73, 76-45, 76-50.
