Two Bangladeshi nationals held on IB in Jammu
Jammu, Nov 26 (UNI) The troops of Border Security Force (BSF) apprehended two Bangladeshi nationals, while they were trying to exfiltrate to Pakistan via Octroi Post on Indo-Pak International Border from R S Pura Sector, official sources said today.
''The troops of 135 battalion of the BSF manning Octroi Post arrested two Bangladeshi, nationals while they were trying to cross over other side of the border,'' official spokesman told UNI adding that Rs 147 Indian currency and 37 US dollar were also recovered from their possession.
The arrested Bangladeshis, however, revealed that they crossed over to India with the help of a tout, who brought them to the national Capital.
Meanwhile, to exfiltrate to Pakistan, they reached Jammu and were arrested by the BSF personnel yesterday and have been identified as Mohd Abu Saheed and Abdul Kahar, both residents of Sonamganj district, Bangladesh, the spokesman added.
