Injured Krejza doubtful for second Test against Kiwis

By Staff

Sydney, Nov 26 : Australian off-spinner Jason Krejza, who made an impressive debut against India earlier this month by taking 12 wickets, is doubtful to play in the second Test against New Zealand starting Friday, after injuring his right ankle during training session at Adelaide Oval.

Krejza was expected to be included into the side after being overlooked for last week's first Test at Gabba.

According to foxsports.com, the 25-year-old Tasmanian limped from the field after falling to the ground in agony during a training session on Wednesday. He was assisted from the field by team physio Alex Kountouris and grimaced as he limped into the change rooms.

Now, Victorian leg-spinner Cameron White, who played all four Tests in this month's tour of India, would possibly be included in place of Krejza.
