Boy George 'had oral sex with male escort despite him being HIV positive'

London, November 26 : A male escort told a court that Boy George had oral sex with him even after knowing that he was HIV positive.

Audun Carlsen, aged 29, alleged that the 46-year-old singer handcuffed him to his bedroom wall and thrashed him with a metal chain before he fled in his boxers.

Carlsen told Snaresbrook Crown Court that Boy George, born as George Alan O'Dowd, had contacted the younger man on the Gaydar website for a nude photo shoot at his flat to which the latter had agreed.

But the Norwegian claimed that he was 'very clear' about the purpose of his visit in January last year insisting he had reached the songwriter's flat only to model for the shoot, reports the Daily Star.

The jury further heard that Dowd wanted to have sex with Carlsen and performed oral sex on him for 'five seconds' before he was refused since the escort did not find the pop star attractive.

Carlsen said: "He was quite upset that I did not want to have sex with him. I think that was the trigger, why he was so upset."

Defending barrister Adrian Waterman said: "You had told George that you were HIV positive and you still say he performed unprotected oral sex on you?"

Carlsen replied: "Yes."
