Patna, Nov 24: On Monday, Nov 24 the NCP alleged that after completion of its three years in power, the Nitish Kumar government had failed on all fronts, including law and order situation, while rampant corruption was palpable in all spheres of state administration instead of much claimed ''good governance''.

Releasing its report on alleged failures of NDA government on completion of three years, NCP state president Upendra Kushwaha told reporters here that people of Bihar were feeling cheated under the present regime as not a single promise had been fulfilled so far.

''Soon after assuming office, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar had promised to provide good governance but there was rampant corruption in all spheres of the administration and the common man was feeling helpless in such a scenario,'' Mr Kushwaha said, adding even the downtrodden sections of society were being forced to cough up illegal gratification for getting the funds released to them under Indira Awas Yojna.

Referring to the claim of Mr Kumar about his remarkable achievement in education sector, the NCP leader alleged that school teachers appointed under the present regime were 'below average' and they were incapable of imparting quality education to students.
