Mumbai, Karnataka and Punjab script victories in 6-a-side tourney

Kolkata, Nov 24 (UNI) Mumbai, Karnataka and Punjab got the better of Jharkhand, Bengal and North East respectively in the All India Six-a-side Indoor Hockey tournament here today.

While Mumbai defeated Jharkhand 2-1, Karnataka drubbed Bengal 2-0 and Punjab demolished North East 6-0.

Tomorrow, Bengal would vie with North East, while Karnataka would lock horns with Mumbai and Punjab with Jharkhand.
