Heavy rains likely in Tamil Nadu, Kerala
Pune, Nov 24 (UNI) Heavy rains are likely to occur at many places in Tamil Nadu and Kerala.
Rain or thundershowers are likely to occur at many places in south coastal Andhra Pradesh, Rayalseema, north Tamil Nadu, Nicobar islands, Lakshadweep and at a few places in south interior Karnataka and Andaman islands. They are also likely to occur at isolated places in sub- Himalayan West Bengal, Sikkim, Uttarakahand, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir.
Mainly dry weather will prevail over Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, Gangetic West Bengal, Orissa, Jharkhand, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Konkan, Goa, Madhya Maharashtra and Marathwada.
Night temperatures were appreciably to markedly below normal in some parts of east Madhya Pradesh, and were below normal in Jammu, northeast Rajasthan, southwest Rajasthan, west Madhya Pradesh and in some parts of Assam, Meghalaya, Jharkhand, Bihar and Chhattisgarh.
They were appreciably to markedly above normal in coastal Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and coastal Karnataka. They were above normal in Sikkim, Orissa, south Gujarat, Madhya Maharashtra and in some parts of Konkan, Goa, Rayalseema and south interior Karnataka. They were normal over the rest of the country.

Rain or thundershowers have occurred at most places in Lakshadweep and at many places in Rayalseema and at a few places in south interior Karnataka, Kerala, Andaman and Nicobar. They have also occurred at isolated places in coastal Andhra Pradesh.
Mainly dry weather prevailed over Gujarat, Konkan, Goa, Madhya Maharashtra, Marathwada, Telangana, coastal and north interior Karnataka.
