Sudhakar's kin seek CBI probe in Malegaon incident
Lucknow, Nov 23 (UNI) Smelling a foul play in Mumbai Anti Terrorism Squad (ATS) investigation into the recent Malegaon blast case, the kin of suspected terrorist and arrested Hindu Seer Sudhakar Dwivedi alias Dayanand Pandey said the matter should be probed by the CBI.
''The Mumbai ATS seems to be working under some pressure and therefore we doubt its investigation into the Malegaon blast case,'' said Pushkar Dwivedi, the brother of Sudhakar.
Sudhakar had come home to see the elderly parents, when the Mumbai ATS took him in custody in an unacceptable manner on November 12 in Kanpur, he charged adding, he was later asked to wear a Kurta Pyjama rather than his quintessential attire of a Hindu Seer.
Claiming his brother's inncocence, Pushkar affirmed that at this point of time, we can only have faith on the CBI.
Sudhakar was the Peethadishwar of Sharda Sarvagya Peeth in Jammu and known as Swami Amritanand there.
