Mumbai, Nov 22 (UNI) German Primin Haenle's luck finally ran out when he was beaten by second seed N Thompson of us in the final of the 15,000 dollar prize money ITF Futures tourney played here today.
Thompson quelled the giant killer Primin Haenle at 7-6 (3), 4-6, 6-0 to win the tournament.
Haenle, however, showed the form he is in at the moment coming straight back into the match with a break early in the second set helping him win the set at 6-4 and take the match into a third set.
Thompson in the third set put the German in his place as with his opponent tiring under humid conditions the second seed did not give his opponent even a single chance as he wrapped up the third set without losing a game at 6-0 and thus winning the tournament.
