Dhar, MP, Nov 22 (UNI) Alleging that no development had taken place during the Congress rule in several states and at the Centre, Gujrat Chief Minsiter Narendra Modi today claimed that actual development was ushered in during the regime of non-Congress governments.
''The trend in Madhya Pradesh is not in favour of Congress'', Mr Modi observed while addressing an election rally at Nalchcha.
Mr Modi, who is addressing series of election rallies across the state, said the Congress could not return to power in many states due to anti-incumbency factor.
He said the people's unflinching faith in Bharatiya Janata Party was the reason behind abundant development in Gujrat.
