New Delhi, Nov 22 (UNI) Taking a serious view of the selective leaks by the Anti Terror Squad of Maharashtra Police on Malegaon blast, Home Minister Shivraj Patil today advised investigating agencies not to make any disclosure to media till the probe was complete.

The Home Minister gave this advice to top police officials of the country while inaugurating the 44th DGPs Conference organised by the Intelligence Bureau here.

In reply to a question by Maharastra DGP A N Roy about the media disclosures hampering investigations, Mr Patil said if media was getting information about probe from other source then investigation agencies would not be held responsible for it.

However, till the time probe was complete, it was proper that investigation agencies remain away from the reach of media, he said.

The Maharashtra police's probe into the Malegaon blasts became a centre of controversy when ATS made some comments about the involvement of accused in Samjhauta blast and RDX but later retracted it.
