Melbourne, Nov 21 : A 46-year-old mother has been allegedly accused of making a video of a 29-year-old man having sex with her teenage daughter.
The man has been charged with more than 150 counts of distributing child pornography and having sex with an underage girl.
The man appeared in the Perth Magistrates Court today, accused of having sex with the 13-year-old and recording the acts.
He has been granted bail today.
According to police officials, the girl's mother was also involved in the offences and will appear in court next week.
The offences came to the surface when early last month police said that they had received a complaint from another woman who said she was being stalked on the Internet.
"An unknown person was sending her emails that contained naked pictures of herself in the shower," News.com.au quoted Sgt Greg Lambert, as saying.
"The woman was threatened that the pictures would be posted on the web if she reported the matter," Greg added.
The man was identified and a computer was seized by police during a search of his home.
Police allege that during a search of the computer a homemade video recording that showed the 29-year-old Armadale man and the 46-year-old Hillman woman engaging in sex with her 13-year-old daughter was found.
Sgt Lambert said the man was a casual acquaintance of the girl's mother.
Magistrate Peter Malone today granted the man bail, but warned him "under no circumstances" to go anywhere near any of the people involved.
He said while he could choose to remain good friends with the woman, no contact could be made with her.
