Guj: Anti-dengue drive for increasing dengue
Rajkot, Nov 21: With six cases of dengue, including three school children, confirmed from various parts of city during past one week, the Rajkot Municipal Corporation (RMC) has started an anti-dengue drive.
The health department of RMC have begun fogging, cleaning and distribution of medicines in Arya Nagar, Ganjiwada, Nava Thorala, Ambedkar Nagar and Vinayak Nagar areas, where these cases were detected, Health Officer Dr P P Rathod told UNI today.
The blood samples of the dengue cases have been collected and sent to the medical college here for advanced tests, Dr Rathod said.
