''The revised pay scales will be implemented by issue of presidential directive in respect of each CPSE separately by the ministry or department concerned,'' Minister of State in the PMO Prithviraj Chavan told reporters.
The payment of HRA, perks and allowances based on revised scales will, however, be from the date of issue of presidential directive.
The decison, based on the recommendations of the 2nd Pay Revision Committee and approved by the Committee of Secretaries, will be applicable to Board level executives, below Board level executives and non-unionised supervisors.

An Anomalies Committee, consisting of secretaries of Department of Public Enterprises, Department of Expenditure and Department of Personnel and Training, will be constituted to look into further specific issues that may arise in the implementation.
