New Delhi, Nov 18 (UNI) Winter remains elusive to Delhiites as warm weather persisted in the Capital even today despite a slight drop in the mercury to 28.4 degrees Celsius.
Notwithstanding a drop in the maximum temperature from 29.4 degrees Celsius yesterday to 28.4 degrees C, the bright sunlight and high humitiy level of 89 per cent kept the weather conditions warm during the day.
Infact, there was a rise in the minimum temperature from 12.8 degrees Celsius yesterday to 14.1 degrees C, three degrees above normal.
The warm conditions are expected to stay for the next 24 hours with the weatherman forecasting a maximum temperature of 29 degrees C and a minimum temperature of 14 degrees Celsius tomorrow.
The Met office has predicted a mainly clear sky tomorrow with likelihood of mist in the morning.
