Jubilant unit buys TrialStat for C$750,000
New Delhi, Nov 17 (UNI) Drugs and chemicals maker Jubilant Organosys Ltd its unit, Clinsys Clinical Research Inc, New Jersey, has bought TrialStat ClinicalAnalytics for 750,000 Canadian dollars.
''The addition of the TrialStat CA and its proven EDC offering will allow Clinsys to continue to expand its integrated solutions for pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device organisations.
This acquisition is an excellent fit and addresses the industry's continuously evolving requirements in EDC,'' company CM, Shyam S Bhartia, said in a statement.
TrialStat is a web-based electronic solution company, used for data analysis and research.
